Student & Classroom Supply Kit

The supply kit will be delivered to the student’s classroom on the first day of school.

These items MUST have your child's name labeled on them:

• Bookbag - Must fit standard-size folders (No Rolling Book Bags ALLOWED) [Not included]
• 1 Blue Plastic Mead Five Star 
• 3 Mead Primary Journals (with drawing space)
• Ensure that your child has a change of clothes, including underwear, bottoms, socks, and a shirt, labeled with their name in a large Ziplock bag. Each clothing item should also have the student's name clearly labeled. Please keep this bag in your child's book bag at all times. [Not included in kit]
• 1 Set of Headphones *NO EARBUDS (Store in a large zip lock bag with your child's name on the bag and the headphones.)  [Not included kit]

These items DO NOT need to be labeled:

• 1 Box of 16-count Crayola Triangular Crayons
• 4 Box of 24 Thin Crayola Crayons
• 3 (12-pack) of Elmer’s Glue Sticks
• 1 Elmers Liquid Glue 
• 3 Boxes of Crayola Washable Marker 10ct.
• 1 Pack of Construction Paper 9” x 12” multicolor (500 sheets each)
• 1 Pack of Multi-Colored Play-doh 24-count
• 1 Pack of Thick EXPO Dry-Erase Markers 8-Packs (Black)
• 1 Pack of Thick EXPO Dry-Erase Markers 8-Packs (Asst. Colors)
• 1 Box of Gallon Size Ziplock Bags
• 1 Box of Sandwich Size Ziplock Bags 90 ct.
• 4 Box of Kleenex Tissues
• 3 Bottles of Clorox Cleaning Wipes
• 4 Packs of Baby Wipes (Pampers/Huggies Brand Preferred) 
• 4 Rolls of Bounty Paper Towels
• 1 Lysol Disinfecting Spray
• 2 Antibacterial Pump Soap
• 1 Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer

Not included
